Looking to buy a flat screen TV to replace digital converter box. Suggestions?

Hi-I finally decided to ditch the digital converter box and upgrade my TV to a flat screen! I have no idea what any of the TV jargon means, can anyone explain LCD, HDTV, resolution, etc? We’re looking at a Vizio 37" Class Eco 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV, VO370M…which seems like a good choice, but again not exactly clear about the details. Sold at walmart. We don’t have cable, if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help and insight!

What happened to the flash of my digital camera?

My Sony digital camera won’t flash anymore. Before it went out, I still had three or four pictures taken. Then when I clicked for a picture, the flash was not present. I turned my device off and on but then the flash is still not there. What happened? Did the flash die because of over use? I mean, i didn’t break it. It never fell on the ground. It just suddenly didn’t function. Please help. Edit:
No my camera does not use disposable batteries. It’s battery is different. I charged it well but still the flash doesn’t fire.

My flash is set to "ON" all the time but still it doesn’t fire. I’ve tried shooting in the dark but still no flash coming out.

Does digital 0 count as negative for a motor?

I am making a circuit and I am using a NAND gate that’s output is 0, it will be connected to a motor that is already connected to +, will it still turn or is it not negative enough or something?

What’s the best digital camera to buy?

I currently have a Sony Cybershot DSC-T7 and I don’t like it because it gives blurry photo when I take pictures of moving objects and even when the camera moves a bit. I want to buy a new digital camera that takes great pictures without the blurs. I don’t want a Digital SLR camera, just a compact one. I was thinking of buying the Nikon S8000, which is not out yet so I’m not sure if that’s good. I don’t even know what brand to choose or what to look for in a digital camera. Any camera experts, please help.

Digital Camera For Photography?

I’m looking at a digital camera for photography purposes. I would like it to be in the $500 price range. I use a point-and-shoot camera right now that is 10.0 mega pixels. I play around with it, but I’m uncertain of what I should be looking for in order to take quality pictures.
If someone could either send links or just give some specs to look out for, that would be lovely.
