What is the best point and shoot digital camera that takes good video in low light?
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under Digital news and reports | 2 CommentsI need a camera that is very good at taking video, especially in low light situations, but still with high quality video results. What is being sold for under $200 that is good for low light, high def, video?
I am looking more for a small digital camera than a large camcorder type..
something that I can possible fit in a very small camera bag to carry easily. 
Is it just me, or does Jim A.’s answer seem a bit abrasive? I was just acknowledging the fact that some cameras are better than other at dealing with the low light levels sometimes required to try to record video in.. i.e. bars, restaurants, live music shows, etc.. etc..
WHile I do understand the concept you describe, there are some cameras that deal with low light video better than others, and then there are some that just simply cannot see anything unless there is floods of light, while others are a bit more forgiving. that’s all i was asking.. I wasnt really looking to be made to be belittled or to look stupid, but thanks for your informative answer! (while a bit harsh) thanks again,
