In my country digital cable tv is just beeing introduced, its more expensive and has more channells.
I heard that some old tv-sets are not compatible with this technology.
But what is this digital thing anyway, why isnt the old system good anymore?
Just like a typical camera, that I can take in my purse and such things. I hear the Kodak ones are nice, but I don’t know, what are all your opinions?
oil has gone into the battery area i have cleaned it but it still does not work, when i plug the camera (charge it) it works perfectly fine but when i take the charger off it wont work, what could i do, buy a new camera or is there anything i could do to fix this camera?

Well, if you’ve seen my previous question, i’m a songwriter, as well as a singer, i want to make a video for youtube for my songs, so, do you know any good digital camcorders that don’t have fuzzy picture and put the sound on when it goes on the computer? ok. thanks. 
I am struggling with the maintaining the color when I convert a pantone color to CMYK format for press. Someone suggested that I buy a book on color management. I want to know details about what is happening in the software (Photoshop and Indesign) and how I can control/minimize it. The 2 books that I bought, “Color Management for Packaging” and “Colour Mangement: A Comprehensive Design for Graphic Designers” (both by John Drew discuss choosing complimentary colors for visual esthetics) but do not discuss the technical aspects of color conversion taking place in the software from Pantone, RGB, and CMYK. I have wasted ~$100 on these 2 books because they ahd great reviews on Amazon and they did not provide me with the information I was seeking.
Anyone know of any book(s) that can answer my question?
I need the color of a book to be a certain Pantome Red. After selecting the Pantome Red in Photoshop, I select the box showing the closest CMYK color. However, after I place the JPEG image in Indesign and Export it as a PDF for press, the color of the image changes.
More and more inusrances have refrained from covering the cost of hearing aids. Making dealers and sellers obligated to rip off the people who need them such as me.
Knowing that most are on a fixed income,buying a t.v. will be next to impossible for them.Are the to be outdated like old technology.
